What did you guys do to game devs. Like, seriously. Every single website for game stuff — assets, UIs, SFX — "All content present on this website is explicitly prohibited from being employed in any manner pertaining to AI asset generation, machine learning or cryptocurrency initiatives."

humongous overlap between gaming communities and reddit. the only acceptable opinion over there is that everything crypto/AI is a complete scam meanwhile they are cucked on a regular basis by game companies.

I get it. You use my assets for your game, I use your code, we all put in the work, share and grow together. AI and crypto bros try to profit off their work without sharing or contributing. It's a one-sided relationship.

Game devs are just protecting their work. Many worry that AI will use their assets without permission or hurt their jobs. So, they put those rules to keep control over their creations.

There’s payment/fiat-related laws that get triggered in absence of crypto regulation dictating it, so there’s a huge avoidance of anything that could risk their in-game virtual assets being seen as “printing a currency”. We discussed this at length in one of my law classes and that’s what began my interest in crypto ~2015. 😂
