No. An extended stay on an island which has not been used for anything like this before (unlike Zuzalu which was in Prospera, which had hosted companies, groups etc for long time prior) in combination with a crowd I suspect is high in low sociability traits (nerdy, introverted, rizzed with the tizz) I am not eager to be a first mover. I think it is too risky to go.

It looks like you could, yes….. rates at the location when you buy direct are a lot cheaper than the rates being offered at network camp. But you might not be able to take part in certain events or amenities

curious what 'we got an island' means here. implies they bought a private island but that's not what Forest City is.

But are you saying they aren’t as important overpriced as they might seem to be ?

think the main perks are related to the lifestyle and amenities. so wouldnt do a direct comparison to rental markets for sure. 

but yes, forest city is a ghost town

So apart from the price of rent, attendees always have to cover extra feeding costs too
