Today Trump's USDA nominee, Brooke Rollins, told Congress that she will force states to allow the sale of pork from crated pigs.

States banned these sales to stop animal cruelty. The conservative Supreme Court upheld those bans.

The industry is so consolidated, the margins are so minimal - that the big companies need to fight for anything that prevents added costs.

Industrial pork is depressing AF, and tastes like nada

Unfortunately the market pits pork v beef v chicken.

And the chicken industry has led the race to the bottom price wise for 3-4 decades.

It’s depressing.

Yet our society can afford decent pork on scale.

I didn’t take these MAHA losers as seriously as most but seriously enough and I still feel betrayed. Funny to see them all flail and still try to cling to a shred of hope with their sham movement, tagging in RFK like he cares about them
