hi lmao been bubbling up as a trend under the surface for awhile source for this one is weston price https://www.realmilk.com/ Price’s work combined with the growing popularity of Ray Peat i think results in what u see today (although peat never explicitly said drink raw milk, he said milk is a perfect food)

“Perfect” kind of wrong word. More like “whole” or “complete”. And milk with carrageen, from cows with bad diets—bad. Combine this with insights from Price and you get many raw milk 🥛enthusiasts https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/milk.shtml Price also says raw milk can reverse lactose intolerance!

🐐🐐🐐 I read all the links you posted, and, while I understand that pasteurization possibly wipes out a lot of nutrients…..surely there’s a reason we started pasteurizing in the first place right? Like, are the extra nutrients in raw milk really worth the risk of serious illness?
