I know a lot of you guys like this stuff and can afford it so here ya go Vision combined supposedly cutting edge life extension tech with a bigger vision for a a network state themed around longevity resulting in a “longevity state” $100/mo https://www.vitalism.io/

since you're down the wormhole on rejuvination and longevity, have you been playing around with peptides?

well, if anyone's treating their body like an unregulated pharmacy like I am, I'd love to hear their results.

I don't know much about peptides tbh. These injections look promising though -- I'm not going to be an early-adopter here. I'd love to find someone who has done this & ask them a few questions. https://www.americanmedicalwellness.com/what-is-peptide-therapy-treatment/

Well I’ve done cjc1295 with and without dac, ipamorelin, tb500, bpc157, hcg and nad+. I have friends that have also done pt141, semaglutide, and melanotan2. Lots out there and with the positive results I got id love to know more about others for immunity and mitigating the long term effects of chemo

I was going to ask about quickening the pace of recovery / healing after injury. But I just got my MRI results back & need surgery anyways so 🤷

What caused the herniation if you don’t mind me asking? And what methods of relief have you explored? I’m also looking at possible surgery but much higher up.

I have an L4/L5 herniation that I believe was just caused from life. It was escalated into a serious injury from over exercise and not listening to my body. The most damaging thing I did was work an email job at home during Covid off a metal bar stool for 1yr+

I have got a ton of relief from opening my hips and working on my core, as well as the McGill Big 3. Sit as little as possible, switch to standing desk. Walk a lot and keep moving! This is a great video (I think I found it via @gazzini) https://youtu.be/bcbuhePZZj0?si=aW3_00G7s2yu1EA9
