Well I’ve done cjc1295 with and without dac, ipamorelin, tb500, bpc157, hcg and nad+.   I have friends that have also done pt141, semaglutide, and melanotan2.  Lots out there and with the positive results I got id love to know more about others for immunity and mitigating the long term effects of chemo

I was going to ask about quickening the pace of recovery / healing after injury.

But I just got my MRI results back & need surgery anyways so 🤷

My strong default is to avoid surgery, but I'm an idiot:

* injury was 9+ months ago, undiagnosed

* 3 months ago, I was tired of "tightness" so I started stretching aggressively

I'm now in an inflammation spiral where tying shoes & sitting is painful + further irritating.

Get a second opinion? I’ve had 6 surgeries and 9 major breaks in my life, so not opposed to the work some carpenters can perform, but my goal is to avoid it all costs simply because the scar tissue and immobilization create much harder PT than the orthos 1) are qualified to talk about 2) have understanding of

My L5 S1 was originally injured ~9 months ago, but it's been getting much worse for the past 2 months.

The black blob (my herniated disc) is smushing the white line (my nerves). I've now listened to 100 "jelly donut" metaphors.

inflammation in the bone surrounding one herniated disc, one torn/on its way

Tb and bpc helped @notdevin.eth recover from breaking his neck, and his girlfriends broken back from cratering on a paraglider from 100 feet.  I’ve only used it to fix tendon issues, which it has been successful at.

What caused the herniation if you don’t mind me asking? And what methods of relief have you explored? I’m also looking at possible surgery but much higher up.
