since you're down the wormhole on rejuvination and longevity, have you been playing around with peptides?

well, if anyone's treating their body like an unregulated pharmacy like I am, I'd love to hear their results.

I don't know much about peptides tbh. These injections look promising though -- I'm not going to be an early-adopter here. I'd love to find someone who has done this & ask them a few questions. https://www.americanmedicalwellness.com/what-is-peptide-therapy-treatment/

Well Iā€™ve done cjc1295 with and without dac, ipamorelin, tb500, bpc157, hcg and nad+. I have friends that have also done pt141, semaglutide, and melanotan2. Lots out there and with the positive results I got id love to know more about others for immunity and mitigating the long term effects of chemo

yikes! That stinks, what sort of regimen are you doing to address it? My L5 S1 was originally injured ~9 months ago, but it's been getting much worse for the past 2 months. The black blob (my herniated disc) is smushing the white line (my nerves). I've now listened to 100 "jelly donut" metaphors.

herniated l5/torn l4 + bone inflammation šŸ«” i know itā€™s gotta hurt ? injury date. I fā€™d myself by overexercising not properly recovered in aug -kept moving. long walks during worst pain -no running -sit as little as poss -pt + updated weightlifting routine to focus on hip flexors, stabilizers a lot better now
