ebikes are almost addicitive. It's so fun to just go wherever you want and if you get tired, just turn up (or on) the assist. It can take exactly as much effort as you want to. They're might even be a state-level tax credit (e.g. here in MN they are about to launch a 50% rebate)

I'm a Canyon maxi because it's d2c and their quality/components are great for the price. Their new gravel e-bikes are appealing. Feels more like an endurance bike for roads, but can do gravel/mountain bike stuff + light enough for exercise. 4000 $degen
