One insult I’ve seen spreading lately is “over educated”, usually in reference to someone saying a more mainstream viewpoint in the face of a less well known/contrarian/esoteric/based viewpoint 

Ie

“That over educated bitch of a doctor thinks seed oils don’t hurt you”

I’d take called being over educated as a compliment
