I appreciate that Whoop adapts to your normal sleep. The best I get is usually around 75% but it'll still say I have a high recovery score

My recovery scores are GARBAGE!! despite consistently high sleep scores. I actually don’t know what to make of this :/

Could be due to daily workouts and physical activity? These trackers tend to penalize the recovery score if you’re too active😂. I think they heavily weigh any sort of prolonged high intensity activity against you while giving a higher skew to staying at your lowest HR.

I mean, very similar here, but my sleep is much more garbage and my exercise is erratic... I would guess yours is just due to a lot of strain?
