They keep raising rates & pocketing money that should be used for infra upgrades & modernization. I installed a nat gas generator & it’s paid for itself solely from food that would have gone bad otherwise. In a 2 month stretch of time I was without power for ~half that. I live in a nice area. There is no excuse
