Camping with 6 kids update (1 adult & 6 kids between the age of 15 and 10):

1. We all made it back home. Two oldest took the bus (kid#1+friend)

2. It went better than expected. Dynamics shifted completely. Less competition.

3. I took enough food. We came back with some snacks and veggies/fruit. More coal would have been good.

Kids were allowed to play with fire, use the knife or hammer, or walk away alone. Two oldest got 1 non-alcoholic beer each.

Idk what to say else than: give it a try.

I was thinking to not cook the last 4 burgers but they were still hungry 🤣

Breakfast was a bit meagre should have taken 2 boxes. Lunch was rice with lentils and tuna. I used soup powder for flavour.

Trick is to keep 1 snack as reward for when everything is packed up.

Also, kids decided to start with marshmallow and then have the meat. I’m glad I didn’t care that society’s eating etiquette weren’t followed

I thought about you like 5 minutes ago. 

I'm so happy it went well. It's better to go with a lot of food than to be hungry in the middle of the night. 😅
