Turns out JP Morgan the largest US bank has been buying Bitcoin ETFs even while CEO Jamie Dimon's been publicly hating on it.

In December Dimon said in front of congress he would shut Bitcoin down if he were the government.

Really interesting case study of how open source can grow/mutate/rot over time. I think more people should pay attention to it on a meta level. Lots of do's and don'ts in there.

Journalists like to think of ourselves as writing the first draft of history. In the internet age, this is true, but in a sense we wish it wasn’t. Like many other first drafts, our work ultimately gets thrown away, burned or otherwise deleted. 1/x

If these were the use cases people were talking about instead of meme coins, crypto wouldn’t have a PR issue, it would have a throughput issue.
