Anyone know of any good open-source frameworks for "agentic RAG"? Specifically interested in running something like this on a library of markdown files, perhaps with RDF-style wiki-links between them (e.g. Quartz).

Reading Don Quixote now, and it seems to be, to knight-errantry, what Moby Dick is to whaling, Ulysses is to Dublin, Gravity’s Rainbow is to the military industrial complex, etc. What other novels (eg “encyclopedic novels”) involve this sort of extensive treatment of a topic?
