Since matcha is trending, here’s my snobby take: if you only drink matcha with sugar and/or milk, you don’t actually like matcha.

Some of us can’t afford ceremonial-grade matcha, Alexander.
And maybe I like mine with strawberry milk because it’s tasty, and cute, and brings me joy.
