which means my friends and I are back to doing my absolute favorite thing — foraging for mushrooms in the forest.

My favorite is the parasol mushroom. They grow behind our house and I always make them with salt and cumin 🤤

There are so many versions of them. With my friends we like to ferment it y etc. you can even eat champignons raw and sliced with a salad 😊

I think I've had mushrooms once and they were really small chunks in the meal
