mushroom season has started,

which means my friends and I are back to doing my absolute favorite thing — foraging for mushrooms in the forest.

celebrating this today with

- Royal fly agaric carpaccio.
- Porcini mushrooms with foie gras.
- Chanterelles with an egg.
