I just had the most random insight ever when I eat, I don’t chew my food well. and If I could just start at least chewing better, I’d probably get my body in a better shape for summer.

chew each bite of food 30 times before swallowing is a good rule for mindfulness while eating 😌 It’s actually a lot harder than it sounds though 😂
