@cowriellc @milesjennings What are the main benefits of DUNAs? And I if my DAO does not have a US person, can it still register as a DUNA?

The DUNA solves three key challenges facing DAOs – it gives them legal existence, enabling them to contract with third parties, it enables them to pay taxes and provides them with limited liability. These benefits are the same that many other legal entity forms get and they’re table stakes for building in America.
