are they showcasing it as a curated experience via a thoughtful video? cool.

are they simply doing a slideshow to push out content from their account? not cool.

Yes - I was about to publish some videos on drakula from my recent trip to Art Basel and then I figure out it could be problematic without asking for permission

So, I guess 3. If splits are integrated and used, I could live with it. Or if it's a review. Or if I released it cc0. But earning from my (or any other artist's) work without any form of agreement, no. Great question.
