Complicated.
So, I guess 3. If splits are integrated and used, I could live with it. Or if it's a review. Or if I released it cc0. But earning from my (or any other artist's) work without any form of agreement, no. Great question.

That's an interesting case. If you were there on a press pass, abided by the regulations set out by the organisation, there is, in my mind, no doubt you can do that. Not sure if you were accredited, but I believe you should.
If you were there as a visitor, I think that a review or report style of video would be okay. A video of the work as is... that's where it becomes more debatable.
There are many factors in play. You could always reserve a portion of your earning for just in case. With how most people outside our mad world view this, you probably get a cease-and-desist letter first. Videos of works by people within our Web3 world... these people seem easier to reach and ask for permission just in case.

Yes - I was about to publish some videos on drakula from my recent trip to Art Basel and then I figure out it could be problematic without asking for permission
