I’m not from Hawaii either, but lived there longer than I’ve lived anywhere else. You don’t have to be from Hawaii to “talk story” though… it’s just part of the culture. We’re headed back home in a few weeks and I am excited for those winter waves on Oahu’s North Shore and we’ll get over to Kauai for a few days too.

Ha ha ha... well, the surgery is complete (last Monday), so we're into the recovery. Every day is a little better than the previous one, and I'm hearing that I'll be 90% recovered at 90 days. So, just, you know... 87 more to go!
