Yes! And that's exactly what I know I should do 😂 But I fall into the trap of being anxious about my own potential anxiety of not figuring it out immediately 😩

In medicine, we refer to this type of approach as “expectant management” or “watchful waiting.” Basically, wait some interval and see if an expected improvement actually has occurred or whether anything new has happened that warrants active intervention.
