i don't know shit about this but they're using TDX not SGX. does that change anything for you guys?

Honestly I’d say this is less an analysis of Uniswap / flashbots and more just criticism of Intel sgx from my perspective. I honestly don’t really know enough about flashbots and their setup well enough to make a comment about it
