The part that I'm missing the most since we don't have investors is the telegram group chat where founders share major news about the company and everyone helps hype it up and share 😅

could make a group for founders without investors?

That's actually a cool idea! The only thing that feels different about that vs investor chat is how often I feel comfortable asking everyone for help sharing things (since founders are so busy but investors are incentivized to help you)

What if all the investors put a $100, and there's no paperwork - just verbal agreement - and they get to join a gc

Verbal agreement to invest in the company or just join the group chat? We're not interested in raising for now so I'd want to be careful not to set expectations on that or what the gc offers for $100

just to join the group chat, so there's nothing tied, but then you're invested in the project

Feels like it would be a decent amount of work to maintain the group chat since people paid $100 and might want to get something out of it (reminds me of a founder launching a token and now everyone who owns the token feels entitled the founder talks to them)
