- how many of those hours am I going to be present
- how many of those hours am I going to be loving
- how many of those hours am I going to be laughing 
- how many of those hours am I going to be thinking 
- how many of those hours am I going to be walking 
- how many of those hours am I going to be resting
- how many of those hours am I going to be sad or grieving
- how many hours am I going to spend in awe or wonder

Probably a lot for most of the above
