it's been just about a month without caffeinated coffee. no notable changes to mood, energy or sleep. in some ways i'm relieved, i love & miss coffee.

not really, i'd get a headache usually if: 1. i skip morning coffee 2. i think too hard on something, can't find a solution and get frustrated. 1 is solvable with coffee :), 2 still happens. no difference on lethargy, maybe the second month will help.

How about deep work? Any insights in the that area sans coffee?

It might, I have less rapid context switching but it’s marginal. The biggest detriment to deep work for me is farcaster (and my own self control).
