picked up "courage to be disliked" off @pmarca's reading list. cringe title but great book with a forgotten message on agency, courage and responsibility. its written as a socratic dialogue, I recommend.

「嫌われる勇気」is generally less cringe than “courage to be disliked” I’ve found English attacking these more common principles to be cringe but in Japanese it’s easier to tackle because people only try to tackle it from a genuine perspective or else they are rejected so quick
