I think the llms are helping access to the on ramps for fields/disciplines we usually associate with iq. Still need to know the right questions and applications which isn’t just about iq I go back and forth on believing in iq. Feels like astrology sometimes although I can recognize mental horsepower. Coming from a non-conventional background to floating around « high iq » circles, I don’t discount how much prep, training, and positioning some have had from birth. Alongside the awareness of the credentials one needs as checkpoints for those so-called « high iq » circles to be predisposed to recognize your iq. Which then creates a pathway for exclusive information and questions which furthers the « iq divide ».
