first day back after 3 months of parental leave tomorrow. somehow these sunday scaries are hittin a bit different hit me with your best tips for being a working parent to a < 1 y/o. fwiw, she’ll be in daycare during the day (but not when she’s sick, or when they’re closed in holiday 😅)

I noticed I was actually a bit more productive at work than I expected, since I wanted to make absolutely sure I could keep my start/end times I had in mind to have more time with the kid Also if you haven't started sleep training and are open to it, that was a life saver to having more time for housework at night

thanks, i’ve heard the stricter timeframes have helped some folks with focus. it’s not been my strong suit, but hopefully this can be the impetus we have a good sleeper right now, just wish we could shift her bedtime a bit earlier. the nights when we can get down between 6:30-7:30 are amazing
