Fermented hot honey 6 habaneros 6 red jalapenos Half head garlic Raw honey Deseed the hot peppers. Slice the peppers and garlic. Put into a mason jar, cover with honey to about an inch above the other ingredients. Let ferment for two weeks to a month, flipping the jar at least daily
