Two pairs plus wearing a fresh pair ✨ Though if I am on my period I also pack a special pair of period underwear 🩲 to prevent INCIDENTS Maybe you can bring a pair of swimming trunks that can double duty if needed? 🤔

2+2, one for backup and one for backup day two. Underwear is cheap though, I would suggest at least one spare set of clothes, maybe two if you can fit them.

It truly depends on the type of trip and weather. I typically run a “pairs of underwear = how often will I shower” Long haul = shower immediately, 2 pairs down already Gym every day? You’re into 2 more right there at least. This could be a 17 pair trip if you’re not careful. 😂
