yes. it’s a real question. i saw what tony shared and thought you are great. and having something free may reach more people, but the commitment that comes from them is different than if they pay there is an energetical exchange that brings forth the drive needed to motivate yourself to working out. at least for me

I agree with that too. The goal here is to give people a “no-excuses” way to get started. There is always lots to be learned after that and I offer lots more coaching and in depth courses for those who need more personalized guidance and want to take there journey to the next level.🙏
