(you got to bear this non stop parenting casts from me for a few months) I am finding it hard to soothe the baby to sleep after a feed. He is well fed - but still gets fussy - wanting something more. Holding him on my chest or shoulder and gently rocking him isn’t soothing him like it used to the first couple of weeks. Any tips/techniques that could help me here? Currently trying some white noise sounds, and trying to keep it calm and not too much light. Used a pacifier a couple of times - but hesitating using it frequently.

oh man thanks for sharing this haha. i feel you. when mila was this age, i used to do -what my family thought I did with too much energy and that could eventually have crossed the line to be a little dangerous for her (which I don’t believe tbh but you never know)- the pirate boat long pendulums with her on my arms, singing a gentle song, and dancing as if we were dancing vals i was the only one that could bring her to sleep jk, but it worked well haha

Woah, thanks JP. I looked at a video where a lady was kind of dancing with the kid, and rocking him like a pendulum swing. Guess that is what you are talking about. I need to try that.
