Hey Alec, subbed to the newsletter 🔥 . Was curious about the interested.fyi front-end, what does clicking interested effectively do? And if a job is still listed, it can be assumed the role is still open right? Are the listings just botted off the internet, or is it a direct listing from internal recruiting?

Relating to getting hired, how could you increase your chances for junior roles? Personally, I have the technical understanding, know-how, and even experience, however, how can someone stand out? How do we overcome the disadvantage of not being a senior candidate, given there is a bias against junior roles in a sense.
