What practical advice do you have for someone applying for junior roles? What can someone do? It seems web3 companies are only hiring engineers or senior roles.

Would def recommend understanding the product and core infrastructure of how it all works. Being prepared, knowing the ecosystem, who are the competitors and how they function technically is so crucial when trying to break into the space in a BD role. Don’t have to be hands on, just know how they work!

But knowing how core infra products work will naturally have you being hands on anyways or at least using the product if nots not infra related

Relating to getting hired, how could you increase your chances for junior roles? Personally, I have the technical understanding, know-how, and even experience, however, how can someone stand out? How do we overcome the disadvantage of not being a senior candidate, given there is a bias against junior roles in a sense.
