Hey Belmin, what’s the state of the union right now in the market as the year is starting? When did the tide shift in hiring ? Also high level, how does someone applying for a BD role stand out in the market right now? I’ve recently also applied for Offchain roles recently and any insight would be helpful as well.

The job market is buzzing with 300+ openings in the Arbitrum ecosystem. For BD roles, highlight unique product skills and experiences that relate to the product you’re applying for. I didn’t see an application under Jeremy Osborne; could you double-check or resend? Happy to assist!

Hey thanks for getting back to me Belmin! As not to bother too much, would really help me if you had some general feedback into your decision process. This would really help me going forward. I’ve been applying to similar roles (no luck generally) and I want to make sure I’m being accurate and not wasting resources
