Hey Belmin, what鈥檚 the state of the union right now in the market as the year is starting? When did the tide shift in hiring ? Also high level, how does someone applying for a BD role stand out in the market right now? I鈥檝e recently also applied for Offchain roles recently and any insight would be helpful as well.

Hey thanks for getting back to me Belmin! As not to bother too much, would really help me if you had some general feedback into your decision process. This would really help me going forward. I鈥檝e been applying to similar roles (no luck generally) and I want to make sure I鈥檓 being accurate and not wasting resources
