People hate on courses, but there's a real need for frameworks, community, and tactical advice for professionals (e.g. doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc.) who run their own businesses and want to understand how to adjust to an AI-enabled world.

I think for courses specifically you want to progressively add leverage. What I mean is whoever builds this needs to train 1 person first (with payment) and then 2 people, then 4, then 8 — likely sitting next to someone and co-creating the materials.
