Quality over quantity means silence at times so yes. Silence is more so patience in this situation to not make the next move vs. the best move. I think of Apple in this context..

it's about the counterparties' ability to perceive such implied communicative gestures. yup, it can be. however, the artificial mediocrities that we call networks might not yield thus so depending on their formative roots.
