Ngl the only thing appealing about web3 and federated systems is porting your graph and building a ui for it cuz I’m not a fan of any of the current social media platforms rn It’s all uninspired imho Would rather build something akin to og MySpace and custom forums Originality over utility lol

curious to see if different clients will be able to generate non-zero sum value on the same graph so that new social networks are built in an interoperable way. we have a better understanding of user intent and content now so maybe graph won't be needed at all.

The fact that none of these products support adding friends from your contacts, like Snap, signal etc have always done, seems so silly to me. Super low effort growth mechanism.
