Day 23 of Fitcember - HIIT ๐Ÿ˜… My /receipts app isnโ€™t synching w/ my Apple Watch so Iโ€™ll just cast my video snippet. I did correct my feet posture for the side lunges so they were both pointing forward for my 3 rounds. Jump Squats 15 reps In & Out Mountain Climbers 10 reps High Knees 25 reps Side Lunges 10 reps each side 3 rounds
