Selecting good founders is a skill issue given asymmetric market and product information — thats an opportunity for astute investors But asymmetric information about bad investors is something all founders are impacted by, more transparency here is essential

I’ve seen investors weaponize legal system to prevent info from being public forcing founders and employees to rely on whisper networks, allowing the people in question to continue the predation as there always will be someone excluded from said whisper network
