I think the most important WOM factor is to help your users drive an outcome. Once they feel the tangible benefits of the outcomes you generate for them, it will be hard for them to stop talking about your product.

Think about how crypto narratives are formed. The magic recipe: #1 Frustration with big corps/govs, the norm, inflation, etc. #2 Paired with the excitement for the underdog to win… #3 And recycled tech wrapped in smart contracts You got yourself a hot new narrative in your lap And it always works Why? Because all crypto narratives are built around the same feelings. And as a founder You need to learn how to harness these feelings. In this book You get a glimpse of how to do just that • No promises • No “what ifs” • No new tech A simple straightforward book With a gripping story I have finished reading the book And I’m “forking” Nat’s generosity. I will be giving out 1 Kindle version (Intl) and 1 hardcover (Singapore-based) You only need to reply with a one-liner about what you are building.

If you are a web3 builder, this giveaway is for you Reply with a one-liner about your startup and stand a chance to win @nateliason’s new book, Crypto Confidential 3 weeks ago I left a comment on Nat’s substack. He then sent me a DM Offering to give me a copy of his new book In fact, besides the Kindle version… He shipped the hardcover to me too. So why am I giving it away? Before that - Let’s talk about why this book is different It is not ‘Why decentralization” “Why should crypto exist” ‘Why big internet companies are bad” It simply is “This was what happened to me when I first entered crypto” And that’s genius. Nat has successfully captured the • Ups and downs • Fears and desires • Excitement and depression Overwhelming feelings of a new web3 participant. And it's so important. Hardly any web3 founders Have given emotion to web3. Sounds cringe?

Looking to interview founders who are working on L1s! Here are some questions: - Do you expect your L1 ever to achieve a majority of market share? - What do you think of Bitcoin's unfair advantage with its massive liquidity - What opportunity are you securing with your new L1? Questions that came up as I was watching Galxe's CEO introduction to their new L1

hey Mark, totally understand. I have worked two jobs at the same time before. There are cheaper places such as Philippines and Bali where English is understood by the majority. Also, have you been doing time boxing? I personally use Motion.ai to allocate tasks.

Web3 moves fast. Extremely fast. The market goes from the birth of a new market to extremely sophisticated. For NFTs, it was less than 2 years. And... New users entering the market have very low awareness. They have much to learn about market sophistication: how markets move, the cycles, the scams, the grifters, the opportunities, technical terms and more. Often, they feel overwhelmed by the many moving parts. But... This is where the opportunity lies for web3 marketers To elevate awareness. Help their community catch up with the rapidly advancing market. Are you a web3 marketer or founder aiming to: • Grow an audience • Dominate your niche • Build thriving web2/3 communities Follow me to dive into The Library Loop™ strategy → @jaywin

1. Birth of market. Make any claim How to be happy 2. Make the claim bigger than the competition How to be happy in 2 mins 3. Provide a logical mechanism explaining why your claim is achievable Take "X" pill and feel happy in 2 minutes without headaches 4. Develop an enhanced version of the previous mechanism NEW: The "X" Pill boosts serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin, making you happy in 2 minutes without any side effects 5. Skepticism is through the roof. Nobody believes in any mechanism or claims. Advanced marketing strategies have to be deployed here How does this link to web3 marketing? 👇🏻

I recently put on some weight and noticed it in the mirror Despite being new to the weight loss market It doesn't mean that the market is unsophisticated The dieting market emerged in 1903. Today, it's one of the most sophisticated markets. With millions of solutions from pills to diet and even injections. Awareness is detached. Market sophistication reflects the 'average' understanding of everyone involved. And there are 5 levels of market sophistication:

But first, we need to understand this Market sophistication is different from awareness level • Awareness level pertains to an individual prospect. • Market sophistication is the level of knowledge the market has on the topic Let's use an example 👇🏻

Here’s the one thing I wish I knew before starting on web3 marketing. Market sophistication. Every legendary marketer nails this concept. Understanding this can be the difference between selling peanuts or millions:
