My problem with fitness trackers is i always forget to turn them off. I’ll start a run on Strava, start running, get in the zone and forget about the app, and then realize a day later it’s still running and I’ve gone thirty miles.

i literally can't wait to turn the activity off, it's my fav part, means i'm finally done 😅 wearables are a lot better for fitness tracking than phone apps

lol have experienced it as well. Love Oura because it kinda does it automatically although it's not the most reliable. I guess soon this will be built into most of the trackers, that they know when the session have ended?

if you don‘t mind distance/altitude measurements, then whoop is your solution. it tracks essentially automatic so you don‘t forget. if not try a garmin watch or similar 🤗
