One for my apartment complex. Nouns DAO style governance. Anyone can buy a daily NFT, and that gives voting rights on apartment complex improvements. I'd love to vote for improvements for the gym for example 😪

I think this says more about preference about "opt-in participation in governance" vs "forced governance by others on you"
