What's a hypothetical DAO you wish you could join?

One for my apartment complex.

Nouns DAO style governance. Anyone can buy a daily NFT, and that gives voting rights on apartment complex improvements. 

I'd love to vote for improvements for the gym for example 😪

I see that as a great use case especially when we get this on L2. And just need the rest of the world onchain too lol. OR for seemless tools so they don’t even know they are.
