A Scout Leaderboard. Implement a public leaderboard with monthly or quarterly rankings. Top scouts could be given additional rewards based on success of projects. Include an end of year top 10 based off each scoutโ€™s top 10 most successful projects of the year. Launch gains the competition and more project launches.

It may complicate things and havenโ€™t fully flushed it out, but feels like before rewards a rating system or algo should be created ie. quality of projects scouted/amount of projects/et . Upvotes good metric but likely too easily gamed once you start rewarding Reputation leaderboard that gets paid out in $degen

Percentage system- scouts could get a particular percentage of successful launches in $Degen Scout Leaderboard- Scouts can earn points for curating launches, with points awarded based on factors like project engagement, community interest, and successful raises. A leaderboard can showcase top scouts

Everyone is usually doing a engage to earn point system but it is quite effective Scouts get points which is their reward for curating. Those points can be use for anything which is whatโ€™s special Maybe it can be use as a voucher to get a gift or it can turn into a token. The world is your oysters ๐Ÿฆช

There are two options 1/2 Commission-based system: Launchcaster earns a small percentage (e.g. 5%) whenever a scout's featured launch or project results in funding/investments. Scouts receive a portion of this commission (e.g. 80%) as a reward for their curation efforts.

I have 2 ideas in mind 1. POINT SYSTEM - Scouts earn points for each launch or project they curate and that points can be use redeem rewards such us gift cards, $DEGEN merchandise or acces premium features. (Point system is so hype as of now)

I think Launchcaster can give awards to scouts who have provided reports of cheating that occurs between one tip and another, which is deliberately done in order to get more prizes because of certain events. Provide a gas fee for each tip given to avoid cheating.

The best idea might be $degen tipping, though it would be nice to think up something more creative. Maybe if there is some marketing / benefit for new projects beyond listing on launchcaster some projects will be willing to allocate assets for scouts but that can be a tricky convo.
