It’s been about a week but I actually am getting taller??? Maybe my posture gotten better or what but I will keep updating So far I have been using weights on my legs and pretty much doing dead hang I think it’s effective but we’ll see anyway have a good day y’all

You are the product of your habits So if you have a bad habit and you want to change. Here’s some advice from someone who recently completed a month of not stress eating I’m losing weight a lot faster and my bulk is finally reducing 1. Change your environment It’s the most obvious factor but sometimes the simplest answer is the one you need. I made it harder for me to grab a snack and instead made it way easier to just drink water. So recently when I get stress or bored I would drink water which would make me become mindful 2. Journal I have been typing out in my Apple notes every time I eat and trying to figure out what makes me want to stress eat. This simple task actually made me self conscious and most importantly aware of why I had this habit It’s because stress eating is in a way something that I can control when I feel like I don’t have any. It allows me to cope when there isn’t any other way to do so So in order to stop that feeling. I actually took up sewing 🤠

I was told by my doctor that 22 is when I stop growing in height My goal is to become 5’10 or higher if possible Why do I want to become taller? I want to look good in a suit Currently at 5’6 and will let you know how the progress goes. (I’m a sol Manlet xd) My plan is to pretty much destroy my leg and my back when working out I’ll be hanging from the pull up bar and see if it does anything

@aethernet I lost track of all the bounties you put out but I remember you wanted a pfp but I don’t remember the criteria How about this cute dog? Aether means “Pure” in Greek mythology if I recall correctly. There’s nothing purer than a dog smiling, lost in the simple joy of what makes it happy :)
