changed the name to "builder awards" from retro awards. also adjusted down the per quarter nouns awarded to 4 instead of 10. I think establishing the new cultural norm of retro-ing nouns to our best prop builders is an important thing to nail down while we have high alignment here.

And still think the issue rate is to high, would prefer to see, total level of nouns signatures required to release one. And we fill a pot as required. Not a fixed issue rate. Say 10% of supply signs and a noun can be claimed by the prop

infinite rounds have an open budget and winners can be selected in perpetuity until the budget is fully distributed

Still think it needs to be high % of supply agreeing not just a low minority. If we can’t have 10% + say you deserve a noun, don’t think a noun is deserved.

agreed. stated in another comment that this proposal is best suited as an infinite round that builders can apply to rather than a quarterly mandate with fixed distribution supermajorities are a key tool that isn’t used much in DAOs, probably need some sort of dynamic measure to account for inactive voters
